Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
1lb Chicken Breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg cornbread stuffing
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil chicken until tender enough to shred (about 30 minutes). Shred the chicken and place in the bottom of a casserole dish. Stir 2 cans of soup in a pot over medium heat until creamy. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Add stuffing mix to the top of the casserole and bake for approximately 30 minutes.I made this last night for my boys and they both LOVED IT!!!
